About Ghost Management

Ghost Management was founded on a simple, undeniable truth: the afterlife is badly organised.

For years, spirits have been left to drift, haunt, rattle chains, and generally cause disruption with little to no structure, oversight, or professional guidance. Properties suffer. People panic. And quite frankly, standards slip.

That’s where I come in.

Brad Raven. Founder. Director. Industry authority, whether certain people choose to recognise it or not.

At 50, with a lifetime of experience in dealing with situations that others would rather ignore, I identified a glaring gap in the market — ghosts were not being managed. Not properly. Not professionally. And certainly not in a way that served both the living and the dead.

So I did what any forward-thinking operator would do. I built an agency.

Ghost Management exists to coordinate, place, and oversee spirits across a range of environments. From subtle atmospheric presences to full-scale, high-impact hauntings, we ensure every ghost is positioned where they are most effective, most appropriate, and, ideally, least disruptive.

Of course, no operation runs on leadership alone.

The day-to-day workings of the office are handled by our administrative team — Cruella, Maudeville, and Bether. Three sisters. Identical in appearance. Efficient in a way that raises further questions, which I have chosen not to pursue for the sake of operational stability.

They handle calls, process cases, and maintain order within the system. Most of the time.

Together, we form a fully functioning — and increasingly necessary — solution to a problem most people would prefer not to acknowledge until it’s far too late.
